Restores the method icons in the API reference sidebar and makes the previous and next cards show the method as a text chip.

• Sidebar: each operation shows only its method icon, in the method color, then the operation name. The method name is hidden visually and stays in the page for screen readers. The icon stays square and at the first line when a name wraps.
• Previous and next cards: the method is a small colored chip with the method name and no icon, in light and dark.
• Unchanged: method labels in the page header and API cards, and the other changes from fix(reference): follow the style guide in API cards, method labels and headings #566.

The method component renders the icon and the name, and the stylesheet decides which one each place shows.

Checked in the dev server in light and dark: five operations in items and api-keys (GET, POST, PATCH, DELETE), the cards on the first operation of the items group (previous card is the Errors page) and on the last operation in the reference (next card is the Changelog), a wrapped operation name, and the mobile menu. pnpm build, pnpm build:status, pnpm types:check and pnpm test pass.
