ci: add mise, changesets and the release workflows - #1

- mise installs node 24 and pnpm 10.30.3, pinned in mise.lock. - Changesets versions the package; a minor changeset takes it to 0.1.0. - CI runs `pnpm check` on pull requests; Release opens the version PR and publishes to npm through trusted publishing; Workflow audit runs zizmor. - The package is no longer private. Sets brand up to release
@variablelab/brandto npm, using the same setup as theme-toggle, except that the tools are installed with mise.mise:
mise.toml(node 24, pnpm 10.30.3,lockfile = true) andmise.lock, which pins node 24.21.0 and pnpm 10.30.3 with checksums. CI installs them withjdx/mise-actionand doesn't use setup-node or setup-pnpm.Changesets:
@changesets/cli2 and@changesets/changelog-github, the versions the other repos already release with;Workflows:
