docs: call it a Project, not a Product - #3

The guideline's word for what Variable Lab publishes, an App or a Library, is now Project. The glossary defines Project and lists "product" under Avoid.
Every chapter,
SKILL.md(including its description), the README, AGENTS.md and BRAND-USE.md now say Project.Two paths move:
