docs: color code by Vesper's scopes and let a Project's page carry the Signature - #5

…e Signature Numbers, booleans, types, support.* names and JSON keys take the function token; symbols and constant.other.key take string, as Vesper colors them. Vesper's third accent is text: the brand keeps two accents. logo.md now avoids the Logo locked up with a Sign, not the Signature on a page that also shows one: a Project's page or docs carry the Signature, set apart from its Sign, as www and env's docs do.
