This PR was opened by the Changesets release GitHub action. When you're ready to do a release, you can merge this and the packages will be published to npm automatically. If you're not ready to do a release yet, that's fine, whenever you add more changesets to main, this PR will be updated.

f963159Thanks @rqbazan! -rr tsc doctorchecks the packagesrr tscchecks. In a monorepo it runs the health check in each workspace package with atsconfig.json, one row per package, instead of once at the workspace root, whichrr tscnever checks. The otherdoctorcommands andrr doctorrun in the package they report on, the one with the nearestpackage.json, instead of the directoryrrwas started from. Plugins get that package asdoctor({ cwd }), typed by the newDoctorOptions.Patch Changes

a3ee007Thanks @rqbazan! -rr plugins addandrr plugins removeleave a JSON config file as it is when the plugin's edits change nothing in it, as withrr plugins add biome --forceorrr plugins add ts --forceon a file that already has them: the file stays byte-identical, and the output says "No changes for …". It used to be rewritten with a 2-space indent and each array item on its own line, sorr checkfailed on it.#281

#285
f963159Thanks @rqbazan! -rr tsc doctorlooks for whatastro checkneeds,@astrojs/checkandtypescript, in each package it checks instead of the directoryrrwas started from. Run at a monorepo root, it used to look for them there, and reported them missing when only the Astro package had them.#285
f963159Thanks @rqbazan! - In a monorepo,rr tscandrr checkrunastro checkonly in the Astro packages, the ones with anastro.config.*or withastroindependencies, devDependenciesorpeerDependencies, andtsc --noEmitin the other packages with atsconfig.json.astro checkused to run in every one of them, so in a plain TypeScript package it booted Astro, printed Vite warnings and wrote.astro/into the package. Such a package needs onlytypescript, andrr tsc doctorthere checkstsc.#281

#284
a3ee007Thanks @rqbazan! -rr plugins add biomeon a project that already has abiome.jsonformats the patched file with the installed Biome, sorr jsc,rr formatandrr checkpass on it. It used to leave the file with a 2-space indent and every array item on its own line, including arrays it didn't touch, which Biome's format check rejects. If Biome can't format the file, it's left as patched andrr plugins addstill succeeds.#281

ed0fbaeThanks @rqbazan! -rr plugins add tsdownaddstypescriptas a dev dependency, which tsdown needs to write thelibpreset's declarations, unless the package already has it independenciesordevDependencies. Before,rr packfailed with "TypeScript is not installed" in a project without the ts plugin.rr plugins remove tsdownkeepstypescript.Updated dependencies [

7a42302Thanks @rqbazan! -vland init -t monorepono longer ships Changesets (.changeset/and the@changesets/*devDependencies). Every package in the monorepo is private and it has no release workflow, so Changesets had nothing to version or publish. Only thelibrarytemplate ships ready to publish to npm.#286
7a42302Thanks @rqbazan! - Projects fromvland initlet lefthook's install script run through pnpm'sallowBuildssetting, which pnpm prefers since 10.26, instead ofonlyBuiltDependencies, which pnpm 11 removed. A generated project that moved to pnpm 11 would have had itsonlyBuiltDependenciesignored, sopnpm installfailed withERR_PNPM_IGNORED_BUILDSand the git hooks never got installed. The monorepo no longer lists@biomejs/biome, which has had no install script since Biome 2.Updated dependencies [
