• .npmrc: the 17-line comment becomes one line that keeps both reasons and the clibuddy: treat pnpm-workspace.yaml as a workspace only when it declares packages dx#249 link. minimum-release-age=1440 is unchanged.
• Workflows: drop the # checkout comments on contents: read in ci.yml, release.yml and workflow-audit.yml.
• release.yml: add the blank line between the preview and preview-comment jobs.
• No job, step or trigger changes. actionlint and zizmor==1.30.1 --offline are clean, and pnpm config get minimum-release-age still prints 1440.
