`@changesets/changelog-github` writes dependency lines with bare scoped package names, which GitHub renders as mentions of unrelated accounts in CHANGELOG.md, release notes and the version PR. A local changelog module delegates to it and wraps those names in backticks. @changesets/changelog-githubwrites dependency lines with bare scoped package names (e.g.@variablelab/theme-toggle@2.0.1), and GitHub renders those in CHANGELOG.md, release notes and the version PR as mentions of real, unrelated accounts. This adds a local changelog module that delegates to it and wraps bare scoped names in backticks, leaving inline code, fenced code blocks and URLs untouched. Version PR headings come from changesets/action and aren't covered.🤖 Generated with Claude Code
