docs: Rename Sign-in URL to Initiate login URI in README

Summary

Updates the README to match the WorkOS dashboard, which labels this setting Initiate login URI (the initiate_login_uri field) and exposes it on each application's Redirects tab.

• "Sign-in URL" → "Initiate login URI" in the heading, prose, and the #initiate-login-uri troubleshooting anchor
• Dashboard instructions now say Applications → your application → Redirects tab, rather than a top-level Redirects page

Docs-only change. Related: workos/authkit-nextjs#483.

OAuth allowlists (validated, multi-value, one default) keep the spec term "URIs"; single-link settings use "URL":

• Redirect URIs (Unchanged)
• Sign-out redirects &gt; Sign-out URIs
• Sign-in endpoint &gt; Sign-in URL
• App homepage &gt; App homepage URL
• Sign-up URL (Unchanged)
• User invitation URL (Unchanged)
