chore: Previews install and uninstall UX Considerations

Overview

As per @moonmeister suggestions we should look at the user journey on when they install and activate the plugin but also consider when they uninstall.

We should consider some options around

Asking user some questions to update settings
Add a configuration (like wordpress-headless-login) do they want their data deleted on uninstall and then fire a function on de-activate to delete the configuration data

Update - We can follow the same patterns in WPGraphQL Logging Plugin
