   Closing as not planned during backlog refinement. Template hierarchy is currently demonstrated per framework in the template-hierarchy examples (Next, Nuxt, Angular, Astro, SvelteKit). We can revisit a shared package if there's demand.

   Reopening: we do want to port template hierarchy into a shared HWP Toolkit package. The per-framework template-hierarchy examples are good reference implementations for it.
