fix(logging): Address UI issues and inconsistencies #475

Fix the UI issues observed during the SPIKE (#433). Issues are listed below:

Initial observations during testing

• Single log view issues

  • Horizontal overflow
  • Query has no formatting
  • Consider scrollable view for long cells

• Settings page issues

  • Unsaved changes are lost on tab change
  • If logging enabled, but no log point selected, we should inform user that they should select log points, otherwise nothing will be logged
  • Add a warning about using this plugin on production

• Logs list view

  • Consider adding a search box
  • Consider lower max-height on log items, to improve scannability
