Backend Changes

The docker images for this release contain Gramps Web API v3.21.1, which contains lots of bug fixes, including the fix of a security vulnerability affecting installations using local media files. See the Gramps Web API v3.21.1 release notes for details. All users are encouraged to upgrade to this version.
