License question

Hi there~
The LICENSE file states that this repo is licensed under the BSD-2-Clause,
but these line states GPL-3.0-or-later, is this by design or a mistake?

Thanks for the heads up, when we re-licensed to BSD 2-clause, we forgot to change the license headers. So yes, the project uses BSD 2-clause, and I will submit a PR to fix this ASAP!
