Add scheduler

Add scheduler with following features:

• Mowing tasks
• Displayed in list and in calendar view
• Exceptions: days or times not to mow for example holidays
• Mow all active areas
• Schedule specific areas for a specific day and time
• Set specific parameters per mowing task like speed, angel, patterns and more

That's quite a list of requests 😉 Generally, people lean towards Home Assistant etc. for scheduling as it lets them build complex conditions. Simple scheduler would probably still make sense as built-in feature. The actual implementation would need to live in the ROS project though, the app would just surface it.

For the "specific areas per day and time", I understand why it's necessary (e.g. some parts of the garden being dry earlier than others), the main difficulty here is how it behaves if it can't finish within that time. Will it continue those areas the next day, i.e. keep a progress per area/set of areas? What if it had just 5 minutes left, will it dock after that or start all over?

The last request for specific settings is realistic if it's constant for that area. (Base) angle, number of outlines etc. can now be overridden per area via map.json. No UI yet, but it's planned. We don't have any patterns at this time, and for speed I'm not sure whether why there would need to be different per area. For a real "per task" control, I worked on https://discord.com/channels/958476543846412329/1284249259474026559 in the past which would allow for such things. Also mowing an area twice with different angles, but outline only on first. That work is stuck due to other priorities, but I'll continue when I have more time. How that could work with scheduling... I don't know. I thought about templates that you can save, but again the question would be how it interacts when you start something else.
