perf: poll simulation status without the task list - #2436

Ask the backend for totals only (tasks=false) and compute progress, chips and caching from them; simulations run in the browser still use their task list. Hidden tabs stop polling, and the current simulation is found by its input again: find() with an async callback always picked the first simulation. The simulations list asks for task totals instead of the full task list (needs yaptide/yaptide#1681 deployed first), hidden tabs stop polling, and the current simulation is found by its input again instead of always taking the first one.
