I like projects where the hard part is not just writing code, but understanding the process, modeling state correctly, handling failures, and making the result easy to operate. My focus is on systems that keep working after the happy path ends.

I prefer to start with the process rather than the framework: understand what must happen, where it can fail, what state has to be preserved, and what should be automated. Then I build the smallest clear system that solves it, add validation and tests around the risky parts, and iterate from real usage.
