When everyone stops at the red light, do I stop with them — or ask why they stopped?

Your voice is the account. It is not a password that can be phished out of you, and it never leaves your phone as sound.

YourVoices is a voice-first platform: a private area for the people you know, and a public studio for what you choose to say to everyone. An account is created by speaking three times — no email address, no phone number, no legal name.

Three samples are recorded on the phone. The speaker-verification model runs on the device and turns them into 192 numbers. Those numbers are what the server keeps — never the recording. You then choose an 8-digit PIN and a display name, and the account exists: a user code, a recovery QR, and a vault whose root key is derived from your PIN on your phone.

The server is never sent audio for identity. It cannot lose what it was never given.

We would rather name the limit than imply a protection we do not provide.

Every install holds a P-256 key generated inside the phone's secure hardware, which cannot be exported from it. Sensitive actions carry a signature from that key over a challenge the server issued once and destroys the moment it is used — so a captured request cannot be replayed, and an altered one does not verify.

The model, its provenance, the benchmark, and the decision that followed from it are published in voice-verification so the numbers can be reproduced rather than believed.

Pre-release, and honest about it: Android first, iOS after; the platform is small and deliberately so. Human-presence proof — establishing that a voice is speaking now, not being replayed — is the next security milestone, and the door it guards is already built.
