Hi, I'm Yubin 👋

I'm a Cybersecurity & Ethical Hacking student at Softwarica College, Kathmandu — currently spending most of my time between security labs, DevOps tooling, and full-stack side projects.

What I'm doing right now

  • Studying for my BSc (Hons) in Ethical Hacking and Cybersecurity
  • Recently finished a DevOps training (CI/CD, containerization, infra basics) at Broadway Infosys
  • Building and breaking things in home-lab SOC setups with Splunk, Kali, and DVWA

Some things I've built

  • Community scam-reporting platform — full-stack project from the DataForGood Nepal 2026 Hackathon. KYC-verified reporting, admin review flow, and AI-based scam-risk analysis on job postings.
  • Kodr.AI — an AI-based problem-solving tool built in 12 hours at TriKode: The Ultimate Hackathon (won this one).
  • SOC labs — Splunk-based log monitoring setups simulating SSH brute-force and web attacks (SQLi, LFI, command injection) via DVWA + Docker.
  • Enterprise network design — three-tier architecture with VLAN segmentation, EIGRP/OSPF routing, HSRP/RSTP redundancy, and IPSec VPN.
