Temporary cross-org CI proof attempt for takoda-automation/tkda-desktop-daemon commit 95518dd83050f2ea764b00b16caad45e8fa72bf7 while Takoda's own Actions jobs fail before executing steps. The runners did start, but actions/checkout failed on all three OSes before Rust setup because this test repository's GITHUB_TOKEN cannot read the Takoda repository. Therefore this PR provides no source-test verdict. No Takoda source will be copied here to bypass that repository boundary.
