Independent test-org coverage for zed-cli #380. Uses the exact candidate SHA and real tagged zed-pkg-test repositories. Forces registry failure, dead R2, no GitHub token, and no Release assets so successful installs must come from GitHub-generated source archives. Covers multi-package stitching, clean-store determinism, frozen replay, a real tagged manifest-identity mismatch negative case, and an edge control for registry.zpkg.net. This is test-only; it does not change production package repos.
