Stepful Rust 1.95 canary for the new
ORESoftware/ores-cli#285AI provider module. The private product repository's workflows are currently terminating before any runner steps execute, so this public test lane compiles/tests the provider code in an isolated harness, runs rustfmt, strict Clippy, debug tests, and release tests. This first pass is a compile canary; once product formatting/fixes settle, the mirror will be rebound to the final exact product blob before it is used as merge evidence.
