fix: restore hostname changes and API compatibility for v1.0.1

Fix instance hostname changes to use the supported endpoint and required name/hostname fields. Reject empty inputs before sending requests.

Use service cancellation for instance deletion, retrieve all snapshot pages, and support volume creation with a named storage tier and capacity.

Validation: local tests, race checks, vet, lint, build, and live hostname/lifecycle testing. Test resources were removed and cleanup verified.
