What changed

Add English and French changelog entries for CLI and provider v1.1.0, update the release feed, and update CLI installation pages. Publication date: October 19, 2026.

Why

Tell customers how to use the tested block storage snapshot schedule feature. Closes zsoftly/iaas#763. Part of release https://github.com/zsoftly/iaas/issues/736.

Validation

Lint, type checks, and 31 docs tests passed. With the older locally installed dependencies, full formatting failed on 4 files and the build reported 66 broken links in 33 files; the unchanged branch has the same failures. English changelog anchors also failed to render on both versions. Confirm CI passes and the new English release links work with the declared dependencies before merging.

Merge timing

Hold until both v1.1.0 packages are published and Ditah clears YOW maintenance. Merging into main deploys the documentation site. The requester accepted the French translation without a separate native review for this release.

Please update it to v1.1.0 so the public quickstart, EN/FR changelogs, release feed, and installation guidance agree. CI is green. Keep this PR unmerged until both packages are published and Ditah clears YOW maintenance, as required by the release ticket.
