Description
Explain that source templates normally start through unified CLI launch and Python connects to that sandbox. Advanced prepared-reference launch creates a new sandbox and executes the manifest startup; the reference must not also start the same service natively. Correct the SDK Skill prose from specification 4 to its actual specification 5 manifest. Fixes #133.
