Chart 1.7.0 adds RayClusterMTLS and other feature gates to the operator arguments, but the umbrella values still pin the image to v1.6.2. That image rejects RayClusterMTLS even when set to false, so the operator exits at startup; Runtime smoke also shows it crash-looping and installation timing out. Align the operator image and defaults with the chart, or retain a chart/configuration supported by the pinned image. Otherwise an upgrade replaces the working Ray reconciler with one that cannot start.

Chart 1.7.0 adds default feature-gate arguments including RayClusterMTLS=false, RayClusterNetworkPolicy=false, and RayClusterHistoryServer=false, but the umbrella still pins the operator image to v1.6.2. That binary does not register these gates and exits on unknown names, even when false. Fresh default installations therefore cannot bring up the operator or reconcile Ray workloads. Align the image and its assertions with the chart, or retain a chart/configuration supported by the pinned binary.
