Go 1.26.10 hard-rejects certificate chains containing the compromised eMudhra intermediate CA keys (crypto/x509). The release workflow's setup-go resolves the nebula/go.mod directive as an exact version, so the directive has to move for builds to get the patched toolchain. Nebula 7cfa47d5 -> 4059abeb, matching dnclient. Nebula requires go1.27 from afbdc87e on, and 1.27.3 carries the eMudhra intermediate CA fix (CVE-2026-111943). Config reloads now report a ReloadResult (slackhq/nebula#1935). Reload returns only its Err, since callbacks log their own failures, and the logging reload callback marks the reload failed when it can't apply. Stacked on #412. Brings mobile to the same nebula and Go versions as dnclient (DefinedNet/dnclient#946).
7cfa47d5→4059abeb, which is about 40 commits. Nebula requires go1.27 starting at Update gvisor and bump to go1.27 slackhq/nebula#1940, so Go moves to 1.27.3, which also includes the eMudhra CA fix.ReloadResult(Report how a config reload went: failures, restarts required, and the keys that need one slackhq/nebula#1935).Reloadreturns only.Err, the same as dnclient: callbacks log their own failures. The logging reload callback callsr.Failed()when it can't apply the new config.Nebula changes worth a look on device: unsafe routes and darwin routing (slackhq/nebula#1931, #1933, #1942), reloads now failing on skipped config entries (#1952, #1953), and relay enforcement (#1980).

go testpass locally, andgo vetis clean for android/arm64 and ios/arm64. The CI smoke jobs cover the gomobile builds.
