Go 1.26.10 hard-rejects certificate chains containing the compromised eMudhra intermediate CA keys (crypto/x509). The release workflow's setup-go resolves the nebula/go.mod directive as an exact version, so the directive has to move for builds to get the patched toolchain. The paths filter gating PR checks omitted nebula/go.mod, so the Go toolchain bump in #412 skipped Run Go tests. pubspec.yaml and pubspec.lock had the same gap for Flutter dependency bumps, and analysis_options.yaml, swift-format.sh and .swiftformatignore for the lint and format checks they configure. Pushes to main already run every job regardless of paths. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

Go 1.26.10 hard-rejects certificate chains that contain the compromised eMudhra intermediate CA keys (CVE-2026-111943, backported to 1.26 in golang/go#82348). The fix is compiled into the binary. setup-go resolves the
nebula/go.moddirective to an exact version, so the directive has to move before CI and release builds pick up the patched toolchain.This is the small change for a security build (
v0.12.0-2). #413 brings nebula up to date on top of it.
