- GITHUB_TOKEN을 사용한 머지 시 `pull_request:closed` 이벤트가 발생해도 다른 워크플로가 트리거되지 않는 제약을 해결하기 위해 직접 이슈 종료 로직 추가 - 워크플로 권한에 `issues: write` 추가 - PR 머지 성공 후 연결된 이슈(`closingIssuesReferences`)를 조회하여 `gh issue close`를 호출하도록 수정

closes #N으로 연결된 이슈가 자동 종료되지 않던 문제 수정.auto-close-issue.yml(트리거pull_request: closed)이,auto-merge.yml의GITHUB_TOKEN머지로는 발동하지 않음 — GitHub 은GITHUB_TOKEN이 일으킨 이벤트로 다른 워크플로를 트리거하지 않기 때문(재귀 실행 방지). 확증:auto-close-issue실행 이력이 수동 머지 시절(feat/24·feat/25)뿐.auto-merge.yml머지 스텝에서 머지 직후 PR 의closingIssuesReferences를 조회해 같은 job 안에서 직접gh issue close호출. 워크플로 권한에issues: write추가.auto-close-issue.yml은 수동 머지(UI) 경로용으로 존치.📷𝘚𝘤𝘳𝘦𝘦𝘯𝘴𝘩𝘰𝘵
CI/워크플로 변경 — UI 무관, 캡처 없음.

gh pr view --json closingIssuesReferences --jq ...가 실제 이슈 번호 반환) 동작 확인까지 검증. 실동작은 다음 PR auto-merge 에서 확인.workflow_run은 default branch 의 워크플로를 사용하므로 이 fix 는 본 PR 머지 후부터 적용됨 → fix(ci): auto-merge 머지 시 linked 이슈 자동 close 누락 수정 #38 자체는 자동 close 가 안 되어 머지 후 수동 close 필요(그 다음 PR 부터 자동).
