Adds one test to the
configAPI:Robot kindsuite covering the pose lifecycle a demo operator actually runs: re-applying a ghost without aposekeeps the old one; after aclear, re-applying without a pose leaves nolocalizationdocument. Written while checking a report of poses surviving a clear, which turned out to be the map keeping stale poses in memory until reload (a separate, pre-existing client issue), not the server.Follow-up to #185; test only, no code change.
