Certificate text size now grows its text box, the whole A4 sheet fits the editor, and the long-name preview is included in the downloaded PDF. Delivery is an explicit choice between platform only and platform plus email; the journal is renamed «Отправление» and distinguishes unsent mail, PDF generation failures and stale PDFs.
Recipients can be selected individually or across every page of the active filter with exclusions. Selected sending requires confirmation, retries preserve the delivery mode, and current PDF/ZIP downloads use the saved template. Regeneration retains the previous PDF until replacement succeeds and preserves prior email delivery history. Mobile editor and journal layouts fit 320px and 390px viewports.
Validation: all 2530 frontend tests (455 files), dev build, full ESLint and tracked-file formatting pass. Live acceptance in dev program 6 passes 18 checks: immediate text size, font changes, both A4 orientations, exact undo, long-name PDF, updated individual PDF, seven selected PDFs in the archive, search/selection behavior, explicit delivery modes, participant-card download and original-template preservation. Eight issued PDFs now match the current portrait background. No participant emails were sent; sending/retry/duplicate prevention were exercised with the real application service and an in-memory mail backend locally.
Released after API #829 migration 0031 and matching healthy web/worker deployment (40216388686). Frontend deployment 40217802480 and UI follow-up #510 deployment 40219475467 both succeed. Follow-up fixes inset keyboard focus and the empty-filter archive action. Dev uses build:pr; the separate production configuration has stylesheet-budget failures and is outside this release.
