csv, excel and generator-common compile Xtend but got org.eclipse.xtend.lib only through rune-lang and rune-runtime, which are dropping it (finos/rune-dsl#1404).

Declare
org.eclipse.xtend.libincsv,excelandgenerator-common. These modules compile Xtend sources but don't declare the library; the other modules with Xtend sources already do.They get it today through
rune-runtime, which drops it in finos/rune-dsl#1404, and through Xtext viarune-lang, so nothing breaks without this. It makes the dependency explicit instead of relying on Xtext's.🤖 Generated with Claude Code
