This branch publishes compiler changes qualified against Baton’s pinned Bend 2.0.25 source lineage. It includes the default facts-only fixed-point path, deferred foreign C emission until facts stabilize, indexed iterative reachability, and direct HTerm reference collection in
cli_report. It also adds report-reference fixtures and a stress script. The source is based on the upstream
v2.0.25tag and carries the pinned Baton compiler changes needed by the qualified candidate. It is separate from PR #1649, which targets current upstream and covers report allocation plus the proven C-output cache. The focused report fixtures and compiler checks passed against the pinned remote toolchain. The fixture shell and generator syntax were checked on this branch. No full upstream suite or release qualification is claimed here. The branch is intended for source review and normal toolchain qualification before Baton pins it.
