docs(api): document pickChoice, getChoice, executeChoice by id and importPackage - #2257
Adds the API docs that #2247 left for release time, using the text from its "Docs at release" section. The docs deploy from master, so this should merge right after 2.33.0 is published.
QuickAdd API:executeChoice takes a name or { id }. Adds new sections for getChoice, pickChoice, and importPackage (under a new Packages heading), and adds a Packages row to the module table.
API Overview: adds a row to Common tasks that links to both sections.
Verification
I ran each documented call in Obsidian on the master build. pickChoice({ placeholder: "Choose a capture choice" }) shows that placeholder and resolves the picked choice's id without running it. After the choice is renamed, executeChoice({ id }, { value: "12:34" }) writes - 12:34. The CI Docs job builds the site and checks links and anchors, including the new #packages anchor.
No release or migration impact. This PR changes docs only.
Note
Low Risk
Docs-only changes with no runtime, security, or migration impact.
Overview Documentation-only release companion for APIs shipped in 2.33.0: the QuickAdd API reference and API overview now describe choice lookup/selection, id-based execution, and unattended package import.
QuickAddAPI.md expands Choice execution: executeChoice is documented as accepting a choice name or { id } (stable across renames), with new reference sections for getChoice (metadata lookup, returns null silently) and pickChoice (same UI as QuickAdd: Run, does not run the choice, cancellation behavior). A new Packages module documents importPackage, including skip-if-exists semantics, command registration, and rejection of invalid or unsafe packages (with pointers to settings/URI import).
The module index and APIOverview common-tasks table are updated so readers can find pick/install workflows and the new #packages anchor.

Document pickChoice, getChoice, id-based executeChoice, and importPackage APIs
Adds reference docs for quickAddApi.pickChoice (async picker with search placeholder, folder navigation, cancellation behavior) and quickAddApi.getChoice (lookup by name or id, returns choice metadata or null).
Updates quickAddApi.executeChoice docs: it now accepts a name or an { id } object. Ids survive renaming and can come from pickChoice or getChoice.
Adds a Packages section for quickAddApi.importPackage: installs package JSON without the interactive review, reports added/skipped ids, and rejects invalid or code-running packages.
Adds a common-tasks entry linking choice picking and package install in APIOverview.md; full references live in QuickAddAPI.md.
Expanded the API overview with guidance for choosing a choice or installing a ready-made package.
Documented choice lookup, interactive selection without execution, and execution by name or ID. Name-based execution uses the first matching choice; missing choices report an error and resolve.
Added package import details: existing choice IDs and files are skipped without overwriting, and invalid packages or packages that run code or execute a choice on startup are rejected.
