Fixes #76.

Changes (Examples/docker-compose.yml)

• Image: rmohr/activemq:latest, an unmaintained community image on ActiveMQ 5.15, is replaced by the official apache/activemq-classic:6.2.0, pinned to a version.
• Credentials: sets ACTIVEMQ_CONNECTION_USER and ACTIVEMQ_CONNECTION_PASSWORD to admin/admin. That's what the example client and service pass to WithCredentials, and the official image only enforces connection credentials when these are set.
• Ports: unchanged (61616 OpenWire, 8161 web console). The image already binds the web console to all interfaces (-Djetty.host=0.0.0.0), whose default login is admin/admin.
• Cleanup: removes the obsolete version: key, which Compose v2 ignores with a warning.

Testing

• The YAML parses.
• Not run: there's no Docker on the machine this was made on. Obvs.ActiveMQ connects over OpenWire through Apache.NMS.ActiveMQ 2.3.0, which ActiveMQ Classic 6 supports. To check it:
  • run docker compose up in Examples/;
  • check the service logs that it connected;
  • run the example client against tcp://localhost:61616 and send a command.
