Additional Information

• This is the second time I forgot to update the Bazel lockfile though CI and CodeRabbit (comment) flagged it so this occasion was taken to replace zglock (introduced in base-sdk#85) with a more general lock command to cover our three cargo workspaces, root, samples and fuzz and Bazel so they don't desync again.
