Add an optional Simplified Chinese interface with persistent account/browser preferences while retaining Doable branding and English defaults. The selector lives in platform navigation/settings and does not cover the generated app preview.
Coverage includes editor/dashboard/settings/admin screens, nested dialogs, validation, notifications, dynamic execution labels and persisted failed-turn notices. Behavioral branches use stable values rather than translated titles; translation preserves file paths, tool identifiers, raw output and user-authored text. AI answer and generated-app language remain independent of interface language.
This replaces #57 and depends on #59. Please review/merge #59 first: this branch includes its lifecycle, session, tool and recovery changes through merge updates. The localization-specific changes can then be reviewed against that merged baseline; no claim of an isolated two-commit history is made.
Validation: 10/10 localization catalog/runtime regressions and the production Next.js webpack build pass. The latest shared backend passes 138 Linux regression cases, one separate SDK installation integration case and 13 sandbox cases. Browser checks cover language switching and failure notices surviving reload. Temporary external dependency symlinks in the review worktree prevent Turbopack, so the verified build uses webpack. Existing NotebookLM/API full-tree type diagnostics remain documented. Not every third-party widget, microphone, provider, device or concurrent-user scenario has been tested.
