chore: give Renovate all of Monday to open its PRs - #10

The 'before 6am on monday' window was too narrow for the hosted Mend app: none of its runs since onboarding landed in it, so every update stayed under 'Awaiting Schedule' on the Dependency Dashboard and no PR was ever opened. Renovate has never opened an update PR since it was enabled (#2): every update on the Dependency Dashboard (#4) sits under Awaiting Schedule, including the Odoo 19 bump.

before 6am on monday(Europe/Stockholm) is a 6-hour weekly window, and none of the hosted Mend app's runs on the Mondays since onboarding landed in it. This widens it to* * * * 1, all of Monday, so updates still come in one weekly batch.Validated with

Heads-up: once the schedule works, the dashboard's
