September 17 continuation — branches converged, clean Linux gate passed, installed action exercisedPublished exact head: The overlapping writer changes were the same Executed source evidence
Existing installed runtime: beyond read-only reload, but not completed repairThe original byte-verified 117-file WSL installation at The installed engine generated a bounded task packet, actually applied two hashed files in its authorized isolated acceptance workspace, ran the native Node acceptance command, and recorded the real failure. Original task: The controller implemented the Infinity source repair separately in its authorized feature worktree. A tool safety check blocked preparation of the SI repair-run handoff; that operation was not retried through another path. Therefore original task remains repairing and repair task remains ready; no repaired native pass, propagated completion, or fresh-process completed-task proof is claimed. A separate preservation/cleanup script was also blocked before execution; cleanup is not claimed. Resume / release boundariesKeep this PR draft. Native Windows full-quality acceptance is NOT newly proved; prior symlink-capability errors remain an explicit boundary. No privileges were enabled, global installation replaced, main merged, hosted required CI cleared, model/provider dispatch attested, or all-project automatic adoption established. Use existing source and receipts; do not redo convergence, reinstall the original WSL runtime, or re-audit the repositories. Next unproved transition is the native Infinity suspension-repair verification with the original command and authentic SI repair lineage, followed by a fresh-process read of genuine completion evidence. Local fixture database cleanup was not completed in this continuation. |
September 17 follow-on — reject zero-success unittest completionPublished head: Reproduced defect and implemented correctionThe existing The canonical engine now requires the final standard unittest report on stderr and a positive lower bound on successful methods after subtracting skipped and expected-failure counts. Fixture stdout and earlier summaries cannot replace that final report. A genuine successful method with an optional skip still passes. Ambiguous subtest skip counts remain unproved rather than inventing success. This is not tamper-proof attestation against arbitrary malicious test code. The existing repair-handoff suite owns five additional cases. The initial run had three reproduced completion failures plus one test-fixture assumption error: zero collection already received exit 5 from the existing guard, not the fixture's assumed zero. That extra exit-code assumption was removed while retaining the actual zero-test stderr and failure assertions. No existing guard was relaxed. Final focused result: 13/13 passed. Exact-source acceptance
Unchanged installed-client boundaryThis follow-on did NOT retry the previously blocked installed Infinity repair handoff, alter its session, claim a native PostgreSQL repaired pass, or install this new source over the existing The original installed session remains at its last recorded checkpoint Resume this exact published candidate and the existing repair boundary. Do not repeat branch convergence or these passing source checks unless affected by later changes. Future installed acceptance must distinguish this candidate's new verification semantics from the still-installed earlier runtime. |
Installed repair and restart milestone completed — September 17, 2026
SI source head remains
46629c3880151e5bcef090a5a85bbb7f8eeeaff4. Draft. The installed controller used here remains the separately versionedaa787adfb696e493e2656fa853041eb294599ec8; no global replacement or main merge occurred. The previous native repair/cleanup stopping point is now superseded. The normal installed engine completed the original Infinity repair, and a separate OS process recovered that genuine completion. This is scoped installed-controller evidence, not universal client adoption or an installed upgrade to the current SI source.
New installed execution evidence
The controller resumed the existing session and repair lineage. The first packet request correctly refused to export required context because the native runner contained an embedded synthetic signing key. Its original failure, context diagnostic and usage count were retained; the budget and secret-screening rules were unchanged.
The task controller removed that static fixture credential and used a fresh random in-memory key shared only with the test subprocesses. This limited test-fixture maintenance was performed outside the SI artifact API and is not claimed as a governed production-source write. Source and acceptance-runner preimages/hashes were preserved. AST comparison later proved all nine scenario calls/assertions unchanged from the original failure and equivalent to the formatted source fixture.
With complete safe context, the installed SI engine issued its normal repair packet, applied the bound installed-target configuration, executed the original command, and propagated successful verification to the original task. No status or completion evidence was manually edited.
All nine native scenario subtests passed against installed Infinity

This includes the previously failing suspended-tenant denial, sixteen concurrent conversion requests producing one evidence row, cross-tenant isolation, revocation and fresh API-process recovery. TAP includes the parent, so its 10 passes are not ten independent scenarios. At
2026-09-17T19:29:42.898001+00:00, separate OS process 32208 loaded the session through the installed engine and independently asserted both completed tasks, VERIFIED_COMPLETE, the original command, valid completion-to-command linkage and byte-identical preservation of the original failure. It also verified that reading the session did not change its bytes. Current source
46629c3converges #51's byte repair with Windows index portability and prevents all-skipped or expected-failure-only unittest runs from falsely completing repairs. The engine requires the final standard stderr report with evidence of actual successful methods. These controls are not tamper-proof against malicious test code. That exact clean source passed all five canonical Linux quality stages at

Separately, all 13 repair-handoff tests passed natively on Windows/Python 3.11.9. Those are retained prior results, not new reruns in this milestone.Full native Windows acceptance still has the historical symlink-capability boundary. The new source was not installed over the old controller, so do not claim its newer unittest behavior was proved by the old controller's Node acceptance.
Infinity source and proof identity
Infinity PR #16 is now published at
05c73f19a9bc6f67d1a6e289b4e5cdbe2aafe673. Its strict index is current/ready, final source is clean, and all 64 source tests passed. The native test used installed1a35f010...; final comparison matched all 48 compiled API/registry/contracts files. Only the native fixture and generated index differ in the final source. A second installation labeled with the fixture-only final revision was not completed after a preparation append was blocked; the old label is not relabeled as a new installation.Infinity's separately declared SI consumer remains pinned to
d15220aea58553b08d9f577cf527ff3118f42edf, installable=false / installation_unverified. External controller acceptance does not establish installation of that consumer.Evidence and next actual requirement

The completed narrow test/repair loop is no longer the blocker. Universal ChatGPT/Codex adoption, normal all-project governance, full Windows release acceptance, hosted required checks and production release are not established.
Do not redo the native suspension repair, branch convergence, original WSL install, completed database cleanup or generic repository audit without a relevant change. Resume from this verified completion and keep source versions, installed versions and consumer declarations distinct.
