Update the English and Spanish streak-protection summary to say protection is on by default and that completing daily quests earns freezes while it is enabled. Remove the instruction to opt in first.
The companion server fix, ankiquest#43, changes the actual default. The Android toggle already reads the server setting, so this PR changes only the two explanation strings.
Validation: both resource files parse as valid XML and the diff passes whitespace checks. The companion server fix passed 231 Rust tests, 21 freeze-dialog browser checks and 6 translation checks. An Android rebuild or device test was not run for this text-only change.
