AnkiQuest's native screens and widgets still show English text when AnkiDroid is set to French, German, or Portuguese. This adds translations for settings, Today, deck status, subscriptions, notification health, replies, Aki companion and celebration messages, and widget labels in those three languages. The existing AnkiDroid language preference selects them even when the phone uses another language; unsupported Anki languages keep the English fallback.
The locale regression test checks representative strings from each screen and widget in all three languages, including the new Aki and celebration text. All 570 translatable entries across the three languages have matching keys, plural forms, and formatting placeholders. This is the Android companion to server/website language PR #49: float3/ankiquest#49.
Validation: focused locale, Aki, celebration, and notification-health dialog tests,
lintFullDebug, andassembleFullDebug(all four debug APKs) on the combined branch. The Aki locale regression failed against the English fallback before translation and passed afterward. No physical-device language switching was available.
