F4 now opens a focused Dojo Feed drawer over the workspace. F4, Esc or its pinned close hint restores the previous editor position. The drawer owns keyboard and pointer input, so typing and scrolling cannot alter the underlying buffer or Files selection. Its waiting/disconnected state, source identity and scrollable explanation use theme tokens and all 20 authored locales.

This implements the UX while the upstream public content screen is pending. There is no network adapter, board frame consumption or feed persistence. Transport is tracked separately in #346. This PR is stacked on #344 and must follow that dependency.

Validation:

• Full local check: 902 tests, 890 passed, 12 existing skips, zero failures. Final scroll-hint change also passed seven focused runtime/structural tests and quality.
• Full exact-head hosted CI: all 12 jobs passed at 6e18bf4.
• Native Echo/Bijou witnesses: wide/minimum-size layouts, unsaved Insert-mode editor, mouse wheel/close, and Arabic/light. The Arabic rasterization proves cell alignment, not terminal-specific glyph shaping.
