Fixes the main-branch CI failures observed on PR #344. Updates PRD generation and regeneration tests for structured ArtifactDocument results and current repository helpers, and formats the two source files flagged by Ruff. Verified locally: 3,338 unit/contract/flow tests passed; Ruff source lint and format checks passed.
