Call jaysuk/dwc-plugin-workflows ci.yml@v1 instead of dwc-plugin-test-kit's dwc-plugin-ci.yml, so there is no kit version to pin (or edit) per repo. Co-Authored-By: Claude Sonnet 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
