Neither supplied AMD runner log contains the no-output runtime access violation tracked by Mesa issue 15865. Remove the 78 issue-specific blocks, leaving unrelated exclusions unchanged. Lavapipe version has been update, those tests no longer fail due to this unsupported bug
Fix: #1527
