Restore logseq://graph/<graph>?page=<page> and ?block-id=<uuid> on iOS and Android. Resolve graph names or identifiers before looking up a target, open another graph through the existing lifecycle, and navigate through the native host action pipeline. Register the Android graph host and percent-encode copied block links so spaces, Unicode, and literal plus signs round-trip.

This is stacked on #66 to keep the URL fix separate from the result-view changes. Invalid or ambiguous graphs and missing targets return a local error without switching to an unrelated graph; block targets take precedence over pages.

Validation:

  • Complete native core gate: 951 tests pass, including real graph/page/block resolution, cross-graph handoff, and invalid targets.
  • Actual iOS runtime parser/clipboard checks pass for Unicode, percent encoding, and literal plus signs.
  • Android parser unit tests pass; Debug and instrumentation APKs build, and the OS resolves graph URLs to MainActivity.
  • Existing capture and quick-action link tests continue to pass.
