View() measures the layout only when layoutDirty is set or a fill
widget is active. Opening a prompt did not set layoutDirty, so the
transcript kept the height that it had for the input area. The prompt
replaces the input area and is taller. The frame was then taller than
the terminal. The terminal did not show the options of the prompt, its
key help and the status bar.

Set layoutDirty when a prompt of an extension or the password prompt
opens, and in resolvePrompt when a prompt closes. Without the second
change, the transcript stays too short after the prompt.

TestPromptFitsTerminal checks that the frame has the height of the
terminal before, during and after a select prompt and a password
prompt.

Testing: go vet ./... and go test -race ./... on master b02c8f0 give
the same results with and without the change. All packages pass,
except TestSetParentLinkErrorKeepsLock in internal/session: it fails on
master too when the tests run as root. Without the fix,
TestPromptFitsTerminal fails. On a terminal of 24 lines, the frame has
30 lines with the select prompt and 28 with the password prompt. It
also fails if any one of the three changes is missing. In the TUI,
/demo-select of examples/extensions/prompt-demo.go now shows the
message, the options and the key help above the status bar. After the
prompt closes, the layout is correct again.

Valid. checkViewHeight now also checks that the last line of the frame is the status bar with the model name, before, during and after both prompts (commit b558d77). With the status bar removed during a prompt and the frame height kept, the earlier test passed and the new one fails.
