The move itself plus both explicit-test commands, 352 lines changed. The 7 RandomForest tests pass in aprender-core (7 passed) and the remaining 109 compute falsification tests pass. The move: +171 core test, -176 compute test (+3 stub), both explicit-test .cmd files = 352 changed. Verified: aprender-core --test tuner_training_data_quality 7 passed; aprender-compute --test tuner_falsification 109 passed. Stacked on #6334. Slices 2 (dev-dep drop + docs/example trims), 3 (guard + workflow, needs CI sign-off), 4 (entries) follow. Supersedes #6336/#6337/#6338/#6339.
