Rename the package to blochsim and add its logo - #26

The distribution, import name, repository links and documentation are blochsim. scripts/make_artwork.py draws the logo and the mark (a Bloch sphere with a precessing magnetization vector), light and dark, into docs/_static; the README and the documentation sidebar show them.
