The repository landing page currently shows maintainer release notes because .github/README.md takes precedence over the root README. Rename that file to .github/MAINTAINERS.md so visitors see the integration guide, update the maintainer guidance reference, and remove the stale CrewAI package entry because its directory and metadata are absent from the current branch.

The README now explains how host agents and workflows call TinyFish, groups all eight integrations by audience, includes Hermes Browser and Agent support, and links directly to the quick start, Agent API reference, MCP setup, and platform guides. It also includes an n8n example and preserves integration attribution requirements.

Add a high-level SVG diagram showing the calling platforms, integration adapters, TinyFish hosted tools, live web, and returned results. Embed it in the README and include its editable Excalidraw source.

Validation:

  • Checked all 12 relative README links and fetched eight external documentation/example destinations successfully.
  • Parsed the SVG and Excalidraw scene, checked matching diagram text and element bounds, and visually reviewed the SVG render.
  • Validated the remaining maintainer-table package names and version-file paths against their pyproject.toml files.
  • coderabbit review --agent --base origin/main -c .github/AGENTS.md completed with 0 issues across all five changed files.
  • git diff --check passed.

Documentation and diagram assets only; integration runtime tests were not run.

📝 Walkthrough

The README now provides integration-focused documentation, including setup steps, supported capabilities, integration identity requirements, and attribution guidance. A new Excalidraw diagram maps integration categories to TinyFish Cloud capabilities. The maintainer guidance now points to a maintainer-only document for release-process information.

Priority: ⬇️ Low

Merge Risk: 🔵 Low · up to 7550d

This is a documentation-only change. The maintainer notes still list a CrewAI integration that does not exist in the repository, which could confuse maintainers. Reconcile the stale entry before or soon after merge.

Architecture risk: 🔵 Low · up to 7550d

The change affects 2 systems.

Changed systems: docs, README.md

Architecture concerns
No architecture-level concerns identified.

Before / after behavior

  • observed — Modified behavior in README.md: The README’s previous product overview, use-case list, compact integration table, and brief contribution guidance were replaced with categorized integration documentation, capability descriptions, setup instructions, an n8n example, documentation links, architecture assets, and expanded attribution requirements. REST integrations must send X-TF-Client-Name and X-TF-Client-Version; SDK integrations use TF_API_INTEGRATION, with TF_CLIENT_NAME and TF_CLIENT_VERSION supported by tinyfish>=0.5.0, while LangChain and Google ADK currently set only TF_API_INTEGRATION. The license now links directly to LICENSE.
  • observed — Modified behavior in docs/assets/tinyfish-integrations.excalidraw: Added the complete Excalidraw scene defining the TinyFish integrations overview, including labeled host categories, integration methods, arrows between workflow stages, TinyFish Cloud tools, live-web targets, explanatory text, styling, grouping, and canvas state.
  • observed — Modified behavior in .github/AGENTS.md: Release-process documentation is now directed to .github/MAINTAINERS.md or another maintainer-only repository document instead of .github/README.md.
