map 5D axes around the unary dimension identified by the same shape-index logic
used in `_apply_non4d_transpose`. Raise an error if the axis targets that
removed dimension; otherwise decrement only axes after it, preserving the
existing rank-2 and rank-3 adjustments.
- Around line 72-77: Update the Reshape target handling to resolve zero entries
using the output shape, and when that shape is unavailable for an output renamed
with the `_squeeze_input` suffix, look up the shape under the original output
name. If any zero remains unresolved, raise an error instead of leaving an
incorrect target dimension.
- Line 300: Update Non4dInitializers to preserve each initializer’s original
rank before changing its dimensions, then make UpdateAxis use that snapshot when
determining input ranks so rank-3 initializer inputs produce the correct axis
delta, including when every input is an initializer.

Resolve 0 entries in the Reshape target when the output shape comes from a renamed graph output.
_apply_non4d_model_outputs runs before this pass. For a Reshape that feeds a graph output, it renames the output to <name>_squeeze_input. cache.get_shape(node.output[0]) then returns None. The 0 entries stay in the padded target and copy a different input dimension.
Example: input [A,B,C] is promoted to [1,A,B,C]. The target [0,-1] becomes [1,1,0,-1]. The 0 now copies B instead of A. The result is silently wrong.
_apply_argmax and _apply_standalone_reduce_operations already use a _squeeze_input fallback. Add the same fallback here. Raise an error if a 0 cannot be resolved.

Preserve initializer ranks before UpdateAxis.
Non4dInitializers rewrites rank-3 initializer dimensions to rank 4 before UpdateAxis runs. UpdateAxis then reads the padded dimensions through GraphCache.get_shape, unless the graph contains same-named value info. _shape_before_boundary_promotion does not restore initializer ranks.
For a Concat whose first input is a rank-3 initializer, the axis delta can be computed as zero instead of one. Preserve each initializer’s original rank before mutating dims, and use that snapshot during UpdateAxis. Selecting another input is not sufficient when all inputs are initializers.

Map 5D axes with the actual removed unary dimension.
_apply_non4d_transpose finds the removed dimension with shape.index(1). This code subtracts 1 from every non-negative axis on a 5D input.
- Shape
[2,3,4,5,1]withaxis=1: the removed dimension is index 4. The axis must stay1, but it becomes0. - Shape
[1,2,3,4,5]withaxis=0: the axis points at the removed dimension. The result is-1, which ONNX reads as the last axis.
Both cases silently produce wrong results. Use the same removed-index logic as the Transpose pass. Raise an error when the axis hits the removed dimension.

What does this PR do?
Type of change: new feature
Add the ordered stages for Reshape targets, initializer ranks, Expand, Tile, Transpose, LpNormalization, Flatten, ArgMax, Slice axes, and remaining axis attributes. Preserve integer shape/axis dtypes and use the original boundary shape snapshot when adjusting axes. These stages must retain their pipeline order; shape inference runs at explicit boundaries rather than between every stage.
Part 12/17. Depends on part 11; merge from the bottom of the stack upward.
Usage
These internal stages run through the ordered orchestrator; the public pipeline is registered in part 16.
Testing
Tests ran with Hugging Face offline mode and without the repository-wide conftest/addopts; test-module fixtures still ran. GPU execution and DLA compilation were not run. The final stacked branch also passed the combined focused suite: 317 passed, 2 warnings.
